Alysia
Hello there! I’m Alysia, and I’m excited to share a bit about my journey with you. My adventure in the dental world began right after high school at Red Orthodontics, my very first job, which ignited my passion for this field. Now, as part of Red and Ritchey Orthodontics, I’ve continued to grow and thrive. I graduated from Dental Hygiene school in May 2024 and currently work as a dental hygienist at another fantastic office. I also remain an orthodontic assistant because I truly love my team, our patients, and the meaningful work we do together. When I’m not brightening smiles, you can find me enjoying indoor cycling, traveling, or spending quality time with my family, friends, and my adorable fur babies. Life is an adventure, and I’m here for every moment of it!
Amanda
Hi! My name is Amanda. You can find me in the operatory at the R&R offices. I'm primarily out of the New Lenox office. I was a patient of Clarence Red Jr. and then Clarence Red III. I graduated from Everest Dental Assisting School in 2012. I completed my externship here at Red and Ritchey Orthodontics, and the rest is history! When I'm not working on changing smiles, you can find me hanging out with my husband Pauly and our 3 kids. Alaina, Olivia, and Logan. We are always on the move with sports, BMX, and whatever else comes our way!
Anahi
Anahi has been working at R&R for almost a year but has been an Orthodontic assistant for a year and a half. Anahi plans on going to school to become a Dental hygienist. Anahi loves to dance, she currently does Mexican Folkorico Dancing and has been doing it for about 7 years. Anahi is bilingual and speaks both Spanish and English. Anahi enjoys making up new dances and spending time with her loved ones.
Carolynn
My name is Carolynn. I started working in the ortho field as an assistant in 2002. In 2015 I took 9 years off to take care of my husband and 4 children. This year I started at R&R and couldn't be happier to be back doing what I love in an amazing office with the most amazing and fun co-workers. When I'm not at work trying to persuade patients to get bright colors on their braces you can find me cheering on my kids at their sporting events, participating in Friends Trivia, and I'm always up for a good movie!
Dani
Dani is an orthodontic assistant with three years of experience dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Her role includes supporting clinical procedures, offering support at the front desk, and treatment coordinator. Outside of work, she actively engages with her church community and prioritizes quality time with her husband and their two dogs. You can also find her with a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte in her hand and singing along to Disney songs around the office.
Halie
Halie is an enthusiastic orthodontic assistant known for her strong work ethic and dedication to her team. She thrives in a collaborative environment and values her relationships with coworkers. Outside of work, Halie enjoys running to stay active and loves indulging in her favorite Starbucks beverages and sweet treats. Her positive attitude and passion for life make her a beloved member of her workplace.
Karrie
Karrie is an experienced orthodontic assistant with nearly 40 years dedicated to creating beautiful smiles for her patients. She takes pride in her work and values the close relationships she has built with her coworkers, fostering a supportive and positive environment. Outside of her professional life, Karrie enjoys attending church on Sundays, finding inspiration and community in her faith. She loves watching her children and grandchildren participate in their sports events, cheering them on, and celebrating their achievements. A coffee enthusiast, she enjoys savoring a warm cup while appreciating life’s simple pleasures and the time spent with her family.
Kristin
Kristin is an orthodontic assistant with over 25 years of experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge from her background in pediatric and general dentistry. She is passionate about creating a positive experience for patients of all ages. Outside of work, Kristin loves traveling with her husband and three boys, making unforgettable memories together. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she cherishes the time spent exploring new places and enjoying life’s adventures.
Krystle
Krystle has been apart of R&R since 2021. She loves asking questions and learning new things. She looks forward to working with her teammates each day. She enjoys seeing her patients loving their new smiles at the end of treatment. During her time off she enjoys spending time with her family, and trying new restaurants and breweries.
Rachel
Hi, my name is Rachel and I have been working at Red and Ritchey orthodontics as an assistant since 2023. I recently joined the social media team in 2024 with some of my other coworkers. I enjoy working with people and helping people. In my free time, I like to spend time with family and friends, try new foods, and be active like swimming, going on hikes, working out, etc. I enjoy doing crafts and puzzles and also have a passion for home remodeling projects
Rachel
Rachel is an experienced orthodontic assistant on our west team with over 6 years of experience. She is passionate about creating beautiful smiles and helping patients feel comfortable at each appointment.
When she's not in the office, she loves spending time with her husband Joshua and son Malachi. Together, they lead a children’s ministry at their local church, and she believes in the importance of nurturing the next generation.
In her downtime, you can find her savoring a delicious, iced chai while diving into a deep conversation.
Tiffany
With 18 years of experience in orthodontic assisting, Tiffany is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and support. Her extensive knowledge in the field ensures that patients receive the highest level of service throughout their treatment journey. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, Kaden. She is an avid shopper at Target and loves attending concerts, always seeking new experiences and memories. Tiffany’s passion for her profession and her family shines through in everything she does.
Teresa
As an orthodontic assistant and treatment coordinator, Teresa is one of the smiling faces you'll see both chairside and at your consultation. Known for her outgoing personality, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills, she helps guide patients through every step of their treatment.
When she's not in the office, Teresa is busy being a proud mom to two beautiful daughters and a wife to her high school sweetheart. She loves staying active and going for runs whenever she can - it's her favorite way to clear her head and recharge. She is also a proud sneakerhead with a serious love for Jordans. You'll often catch her rocking her favorite pair at work or adding a new drop to her collection. Her style, much like her energy, is always on point!
