Ashley
Treatment CoordinatorMy name is Ashley. I am the treatment coordinator here at R&R Orthodontics. I work primarily at our New Lenox location. I have been employed at R&R Orthodontics for 22 years. I started as an orthodontic assistant for the first 12 years of my career, before transitioning to treatment coordinator for the past 10 years. As a treatment coordinator, my job is to be the liaison between the doctor and patient, from providing treatment options, discussing financial agreements, and scheduling appointments, to effective patient communication. I enjoy meeting and building relationships with our parents, patients, and their families. Orthodontic treatment is an investment, parents and patients should feel comfortable and have the best experience possible when going through this journey. I believe that process starts with me and then proceeds throughout the office. I am lucky to be a part of R&R Orthodontics and create beautiful smiles. When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my better half, Kevin, our two daughters, Brynn and Kinsley, and our two fur babies Ace and Stella. We enjoy vacationing, boating, riding 4-wheelers, and exploring new adventures.
