I was born and raised in the picturesque state of New Hampshire before making the courageous decision to relocate to Illinois 22 years ago. For nearly two decades, I have been dedicated to working for Dr. Red, with Dr. Ritchey since 2017. My husband and I are the proud parents of two lively young boys who constantly keep us on our toes. During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to make the most of my time at home by teaching myself all things computer-related. What started as a way to pass the time quickly turned into a passion, and I found myself diving deep into the world of technology. I am now proud to say that I have developed a strong foundation in various computer skills, from programming to cybersecurity. As I continue to grow and learn in my career and personal life, I am grateful for the opportunities that have come my way and look forward to what the future holds.

Summer has been around the dental field her whole life, but now she is the voice of our online presence. She is Dr. Red's oldest child and only daughter so she grew up in the Joliet Office. So if you see Dr. Red and her poke fun at each other- don't worry, it's just their love language! Summer has an incredible husband and 3 amazing children and in her free time, she likes to dance, cosplay, watch anime, and swim with Dr. Red.

Anahi has been working at R&R for almost a year but has been an Orthodontic assistant for a year and a half. Anahi plans on going to school to become a Dental hygienist. Anahi loves to dance, she currently does Mexican Folkorico Dancing and has been doing it for about 7 years. Anahi is bilingual and speaks both Spanish and English. Anahi enjoys making up new dances and spending time with her loved ones.

Hi, my name is Rachel and I have been working at Red and Ritchey orthodontics as an assistant since 2023. I recently joined the social media team in 2024 with some of my other coworkers. I enjoy working with people and helping people. In my free time, I like to spend time with family and friends, try new foods, and be active like swimming, going on hikes, working out, etc. I enjoy doing crafts and puzzles and also have a passion for home remodeling projects
